Aside from showing each sample in it's original form and the process it takes to make it part of the track, this tutorial also gives great insight into mastering and eq'ing techniques.

Been meaning to get back to this track I'm working on but I keep getting sucked into things. If you're running a website, this is very easy to do. What starts with a simple fix or update, results on various other items getting explored, new plugins being tried out and 5 hours later you're wondering what the hell happened.
Just a quick note to let folks know I've added another area for mixes from other DJs. I'm starting things out by adding mixes from Tony Foo Yong and will add more mixes from friends of mine or other people I feel make the cut.
Spent the last few weeks making a few more tracks and slowly but surely I feel like I'm getting a handful of good ones together to be able to use for a strong mix.
Here's a track I started Thursday night and by yesterday I already felt compelled to tweak the track a bit more and it nearly turned into a remix, redo, overhaul, whatever you want to call it.
